By implementing a system where clients manage their own shared folders, Numerology Flex ensures that personal information is handled securely and in compliance with privacy laws, while also empowering clients to maintain control over their data. Please follow the steps below to set up a shared folder on your Google Drive for Numerology Flex. I am looking forward to doing business with you!
Open Google Drive.
Click the New button on the top left corner.
Select Folder from the dropdown menu.
Name the folder using the following format:
Last Name, First Name – [Your Custom Label]
Example: Smith, John – Personal Numerology
Open the folder you just created.
Click the New button and select Google Docs.
Create a document and include the following information:
Date of Birth
Full Name at Birth
Current First and Last Name
You do not need to add any other files. After you share the folder, Numerology Flex will add a document that includes privacy and refund policies.
Go to the main view of Google Drive and right-click the folder you want to share.
Select Share from the context menu.
In the Share with people and groups window, enter numerologyflex@gmail.com.
Set the permissions to Editor.
You may change the permissions to Viewer after the requested reports are completed to protect your privacy.
Click Send to share the folder.
By following this guide, you can efficiently create and share your Numerology Flex folder, ensuring the necessary information is provided while keeping your data secure.
Once you have created your shared folder google will automatically inform me. I will then drop a document for the information I require in the shared folder and you will receive notification of that. Once, that's done, we are doing business and your report will be on its way to you shortly thereafter! I do say to wait up to 72 hours or 3 business days just in case I'm away over the weekend or other things come up!
